How does a call work?
The introductory call is a chance to get to know each other, discuss your learning goals and ask questions about Forex, gold (XAUUSD) and risk management. It takes place on the platform you prefer; mention your preference when booking or contact Iker by email to agree on the details.
How should I prepare?
You can bring questions and think about what you want to learn. Use the optional booking message to share your topic and preferred platform. Do not send passwords, account access or sensitive financial information.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Email Iker with the date and time of your booking to request a cancellation or a different time. Once Iker cancels the booking, the slot becomes available on the website again, unless it is blocked in the connected calendar. Sending an email alone does not automatically cancel it.
Will I receive a confirmation?
After a successful booking, the website shows your confirmation and appointment details, and a confirmation email is sent to you and to Iker. You can also save the appointment to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
