Booking data
To arrange your call, this website stores your name, email, appointment time and optional message. The booking is managed through Lovable Cloud. Only the authorised administrator can access booking details.
Google Calendar
The connected Google Calendar is checked for availability. Confirmed bookings are sent to Iker’s Google Calendar with your name, email and appointment time. Google processes that data under its own privacy terms. Saving an appointment to your own calendar is optional.
Reviews
When you submit a review, your name, rating and text are stored. They are only published after approval and with your consent. Your email is not requested for a review.
Retention
Personal booking details and unpublished reviews are removed from the website’s database after one week from submission. The cleanup runs hourly, so removal may take up to one additional hour. Appointment times remain reserved without contact details. Published reviews remain visible until removed. Copies in Google Calendar, email and service backups are not removed by this cleanup; contact Iker to request removal of calendar or email copies.
Language preference
Your chosen language is saved locally in your browser so it remains selected on your next visit. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires a connection to Google.
Your data requests
For information about your stored data, corrections or deletion, contact Iker by email. You can also request removal of a published review or a calendar entry.
